Q: How do I set up an account?
A: Click on "Create my Account" on the Premium Store home page. Fill out the information required and click "Submit". Your request will be submitted for verification and you will receive an e-mail when your account has been approved. Please note your Member Login is your CNB e-mail address when you log in for the first time.
Q: I am unable to log into my account.
A: If you have not logged into the Premium Store before, be sure to create an account first.

If you are unsure of your password, click on Forgot password and enter in your CNB e-mail address on the next screen. Your password will be e-mailed to you.

Q: I requested my password but haven't received it.
A: Be sure you entered in the correct e-mail when requesting for a password. Otherwise, contact our customer support and we will retrieve it for you.
Q: I set up an account but haven't received verification that it has been approved.
A: Your e-mail may not have been entered correctly during the account set-up process. Contact our customer support and we can verify the status of your account.
